Learn everything you need to know about American history, government, and culture to pass the citizenship exam. Participants must attend the entire 12-class series. Please arrive at 10 am sharp on Thursday, May 23 to register in person at the Flushing Library/ IRC Conference Room 3rd Floor (first-come, first-served) or call 718-278-4303 to preregister in advance. Candidates must be green card holders.

Register in person at the library on Tuesday, July 2 at 10:00 AM or call 718-278-4303 to preregister in advance. Students should have a copy of their green card when they come to register. Participants must to attend the entire 10 week class series. Candidates must be green card holders. The first day of class is registration day when they should have a copy of their green card.

Introduction

New Americans Corners is an initiative in partnership with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and the NYC Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs. Queens Library’s 62 locations and its 7 Adult Learning Centers are creating dedicated spaces where immigrants can find information and resources to become a U.S. citizen.
